What is Yoga teacher training course ?

At Yog Kaivalyam, we are now offering a new unique kind of training course to develop and train yoga teachers. The basic motive is  to train the participants become Yog sadhakas. Yog sadhana means yoga practice combined with a sustained dedicated approach, under a true Yoga Master. We basically endeavor to spread true yoga knowledge in the society.

Having underwent such training, you as a sadhak will be able to start your own yoga centre and preach yoga training. By endeavoring develop true sadhakas we are now venturing in to a new way to help the society. You as a participant in such yoga teacher training course, can be a part of such service and at the same time earn money and respect, too.

These centres can be run under the privileges of the Yogkaivalyam, independently - with no real BOSS, no real tension. These can become your part time activities also.

The duration of these training course will be approximately 75-100 hours. The coverage shall include but not be restrcited to :

Why yoga teacher training course ?

 It is our general observation that most of the people try to find real peace of mind and are always in search of a quality yoga centre. Today, any Tom, Dick and Harry to have started yoga centres - without truly understanding what yoga is all about. We have been emphasizing that yoga is not only about asanas and pranayams - though they are an essential component. So, any centre merely teaching the yoga practice around these two practices is not a yoga centre.
We have been observing hundreds of educated and well qualified people being exploited in the name of yoga training at the yoga centres run by run-of-the-mill preachers.
