bullet When I started reflecting upon my four month course of yoga coaching, I realized the benefits of physical practices in yoga are great but they extend also to the emotional and mental aspects of the individual. My coaching with Dr Himanshubhai has helped me a lot. Apart from improvement in general health, it has given me lot of confidence, emotional stability & a positive outlook.

One year has passed after six rigorous chemotherapy cycles. Last foru months in Yoga training has helped deal with this treatment and change my attitude. I learnt acceptance is the key ingredient to reducing tension, shock, fear, ego, prejudices and depression. Out life is full of avidyas (lack of awareness in a particular field) and while practicing yoga; I learnt not only the meaning of avidya but also understood how to overcome it and thereby all the problems associated with it.

Another appealing notion I learnt was desire less state of mind. Though I understand it is very difficult to reach this state of mind, through continuous awareness one can achieve it which leads to complete bliss. Yoga definitely brings sensitiveness, consciousness & awareness in ones life.

To top all these are meditation and breathing exercises. Though commonly known (and equally taken for granted) is the fact that life is in breath; we hardly care about it. How many of us know as to how many times, do we breath-in, in a minute ? In yoga, it is known as Prana or life force. I certainly experienced a very immediate, positive effect on my emotions with yogic breathing.

In short, in a relatively brief period, I have experienced an unparalleled sense of wellbeing in my body & an elevated state of consciousness that has now, a strong positive influence on all aspects of my life. This will continue to grow through my future practice.

There are no word to thank Dr Himanshubhai…. I will certainly remain grateful to him.

After only two-three months of training under Dr Himanshubhai, I have been able to experience Mental and Physical peace and tranquility. Only after being informed about what to eat, when to eat, how to eat; realized that how ignorant we are in general and to what extent do we welcome the diseases ourselves.
